Just received my letter from them this morning...........ha ha ha lets all work together and rebuild the company that they f***** up...........funny how there are still no clear guidelines on what is a reasonable request.......i asked this question in a team brief, manager and union couldnt answer!

Aside from the obvious reasons to vote no, (like the link to pensions and the fact it's crap),

surely the fact that the employer is writing to us urging us to vote yes tells it's own story.

Even the most ardent 'yes' supporters must be able to smell a rat.

got my 'dear bob' this morning. still the same sh*t they've been spilling since the dispute began. the 5.4% over 2 years is well below inflation and to be honest is insulting. the rest, flexibility, pensions, etc are laughable, so i'm afraid dear al and dear ad, it's a big no from me

the opening line is the killer for me where he says everyone is going through difficult times but i bet the 26% pay rise and the massive bonuses helped to soften the blow f***ing patronising bastard
