Just wanted to ask if anyone has heard about oneplan , see to have performance coaches on site and no communications at all smells fishy. Any info would be grateful hear from you all soon .

that is top pity rm are too tight to pay for the rights.

It's similar to World Class Mail which died on it's feet a while ago. It's basically to do with making sure all the performance & H&S audits end up showing that all the targets have been reached I think.

I was under the impression that the idea was to create a standard way of working throughout the business.
Having gone through a number of managers with different ideas over the last 18 months I now have no idea if redirection pouches are supposed to stay on your frame or be taken to the ups frame when they are done, am I supposed to hang my packet bag back up or not?

If it reduces all the unnecessary confusion and stress fueled arguments I'm all for it. However last I heard the CWU hasn't yet agreed to it

Blimey, you still have packet bags!!!! You must have to empty it four or five times in the morning.

Depends on the duty, some do indeed get called to empty them four or five or more times. Others only see a full bag on a particularly nasty Wednesday...but it's all equal apparently
