Has anyone noticed a change from quite a slow summer now that we are back in the fall?
Or does GDPR (or something else) continue to be an impact?

Letter volumes are getting towards normal now, but get run through machines later as they arrive later.

Parcels already getting to a ridiculous level for me. Had to bring 2 loops back on a Saturday of all days.

Your allowed to bring mail back? ,we are told everything must be delivered that is taken out

Yes it used to be possible to bring mail back and deliver it the next day but now everything has to go out the same day otherwise the office/DOM gets it in the neck.

Told the same thing. But I have a contracted finish time and I’ll be f****d if they think I’m giving up any extra of my weekend.

Managers are home by 12 anyway
