The video is all well and good that the union is going to do this and the union is going to do that. But the FACT remains that ALL these problems have came about under the unions watch. They have not just walked into a employers workplace who has just started to recognize unions. Another talking shop is going to do nought. They have been talking about the same problems for years and every now and again they have a rerun of meeting they already had previous. Meanwhile RM just sit back and laugh and let the money roll in, yet tell you they NEED to collapse even more duties. But, remember your not working harder, your working smarter. Bullshit.

is the 48 hour working week for night workers under the working time directive something Royal Mail is pushing for. Or is the union pushing for it and how likely is this to be accepted by both parties. Anyone in the know ?
