DEBDEN essex walkout

so today was too much for everyone , absorption was called to be done first and roll over any other mail if not staying out. There was already frames with 3/4 days that aint already gone out. short of staff/ not enough full timers , build up of everything had people standing together for once and walked

back tomorrow for gate meeting.

looks like few other areas could be about to follow

They continue the bullying and harrasing tactics,Nothing will change unless something drastic happens.

No different from a bully at school,Told off it stops for a short while,Only to continue at a later date.It only stops for good when expelled.

Expel the bullying for good from your workplace,Nobody on earth should be bullied or harrassed.

Terry pullingers words on the culture with this new agreement , if a manager wont change or cant be retrained he or she shouldn't be in the company . but has anybody heard of any of these mangers being kicked out ?

Well done and maybe everybody on here and elsewhere could donate 30 minutes of pay, approx £5 towards any office standing up to the bullshit that's going on. I would be willing to stick a few pounds in no problem. The first time that they even considered lapsing the whole lot should have walked there and then. Yous do know that in the next few years their coming for sick pay, night allowance and the delivery supplement and they will get it for pennies because they have had EVERYTHING else that they came for. Some people see £600 and jump even though they lose after about 4 months.

to right its part of the new agreement CULTURE change my arse , but the company was quick enough to drag us to the courts for breaking an agreement , lets get this sorted
