Wallington Week System
Hi, currently in my office they operate a rolling day system, but there area few of us that want to introduce the Wallington system to those that are interested. What is the minimum amount of people we would need to start the ball rolling? tia

Yep. 5 walks and 1 person covering each week they have off. That floating persons week off equals 6 weeks.

If your working in pairs you will need 5 pairs (walks) you will need another pair to cover the weeks off and 1 reserve on a 1 in 6 to cover any days, holidays etc that any individual has. That's how we work it
