It's been 4 months since I handed in the receipt for my own shoes and I still have not received the money for them.
My manager has told me it's definately in my account when it absolutely is not. He has told me to check again twice now because another colleague had to check twice before they found it.
I spoke to that particular colleague and they dont even buy their own shoes.
Anywhere else I could get an answer? Perhaps HR?

Think you should receive a letter to say payment has been made.
Some people in the office though received payment, but no letter.

HR put me through to the psp advice line, they were able to check the system and see that it was saved as a draft but not put through. Give PSP a shout if anyone else has this problem
