Employment Tribunal Angard
Hi everyone, I have read about the tribunal involving kocur against Angard and Royal Mail. I to will be looking to take both parties to an employment tribunal but there seems to be confusion regarding whether or not as an Angard employee that I have the right to do this, can anyone shed any light on this for me as it is causing me a lot of anxiety. Thanks

Also been told I can't take it to tribunal as we can't take infair dismissal cases, which this could be, its either unfair dismissal or constructive dismissal with discrimination I'm fqcing

Discrimination of a protected characteristic is automatically unfair and can be taken to a tribunal.Jizzmeister wrote:Also been told I can't take it to tribunal as we can't take infair dismissal cases, which this could be, its either unfair dismissal or constructive dismissal with discrimination I'm fqcing
Other forms of unfair dismissal would have an employed time limit of 2 years IIRC.

Got a call from a senior Angard "manager" today to tell me ACAS had contacted them about me. He said that Angard didn't even know I had been dismissed from them and I am still in their books

If I don’t receive a satisfactory reply by 22 Sep, they’ll be facing one from me as well about a matter referred to specifically in the last EAT Judgements.
Lastvtimecroubd it cost them £8k. A repeat offence might cost them far more.
