Can I get these/what options do i have

1) If possible shift holidays with a colleague that incorporates the wedding dates.
2) Assuming that one of the weddings is not your own then submit a special leave request ( Other time off ) but this will more than likely be unpaid.
3) Arrange a duty swop with a colleague that allows you to attend the weddings.
4) Dependant on your lino could come to a mutual agreement that allows you to attend these weddings and the shortfall in hours is given back at a later date.
