Using the link you provided and also to ensure most Scottish posties don't get it wrong - it's not actually a bank holiday for the majority of Scotland, or at least the central belt and some outlying areas

No collections but normal deliveries in the EH28 and EH52 postcode areas

Normal collections and deliveries in the DG, EH4-EH10, EH13-EH14, EH43-EH46, EH51, G, KW16, KA1-KA8, KA16-KA17, KY11-KY12, KY99, PA14-PA19, PH1-PH2, PH14, TD1, TD7-TD9, TD12 and ZE postcode areas

then they get a day in lieu, for people on 39 hour contracts, if you work more than 31 hours next week it counts as OT or day in lieu.
