Ah the cultural revolution we must be on the cusp of something great and this is 7 weeks and three days till we get part of our next pay rise in the form of a reduced working week and if that does not happen see this up and down the land every week for a day at least every week till it get's sorted!

No chance in my unit, they start early finish late and don't book it and they wouldn't walk out for nothing. Its funny though because they are all in the union??
