Anyone here reckon the shares will dip below £4 in October when we are allowed to draw out tax free? surely there would be thousands of us taking the money out?

Why do you think RM are giving you a 20% free share option and HMG are giving you a "20%" tax break. Desperate times call for desperate measures. How many investors do you know who have the same in depth close up knowledge of RM and its performance as you?
How competent is your manager? How well run is your office?

The first batch of free shares reach their 5 year anniversary on 15th October, therefore we can sell them anytime afterwards without paying any tax or NI.

You can choose to sell them straight away or hold onto them for as long as you want. The choice is yours.
