i think the CWU need to put this to bed once and for all , CULTURE was one of the biggest issues with staff and yet it still goes on , and it was part of the 4 pillars so why aren't HQ pulling royal mail to bits on this , :arrrghhh

West park are always walking out.
Managers seem to laugh at the union there.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Very true, our Dom has openly admitted he doesn't have to stick to any agreements because by the time the union has challenged him the issue is over and done with.

Resting on their laurels. Job done till the next round of negotiations, - somebody mind and alert them when that's to happen - having a break from the day job. The slippery slope just gets steeper with NO leadership prepped for the future.
Cannot apply what we have supposed to have already negotiated, and the B&H, intimidation carries on unabated or challenged. Culture ? Hahaha!
The ongoing daily, relentless treatment endured by the members is a disgrace, our CWU hierarchy should hang their heads in shame. RM happy to continue business as usual unchallenged, the CWU are loosing the respect of it's membership rapidly.

This office should really get its act together and start treating its staff properly and fairly. Looking bad that the staff are always on strike there and that they are (on a weekly basis) relying on posties and managers from other offices to fill the shortfall.
