After our office union rep, then area rep whom I have very little faith in, who is next in the union hiearchy?

Who is my branch secretary? where would I find these details. I doubt I would get the answer I need if I asked my office or area rep

If you go to the CWU homepage and click on the "contact us" section it provides you with a drop down menu of areas and how to contact your Branch.
If you are unsure of any of the details just ring Wimbledon and someone will be able to give you the details.
