Any thoughts on the pitiful training that now longer doesn’t exist,be it on deliveries or indoor work,we have a new guy returned to our office to take up the roll of delivery office support (old school phg)the training he’s had for the roll is somewhat lacking to say the least,a year in the job and he still has lots to be trained on,what little he has had is done in house from nearby office,and no plans as yet to attend relevant courses if they still exist,the same goes for workplace coach,all promises to get put on relevant courses but now we find can’t get it covered costs too much blah blah,what a sorry state we’re in,to save money and get stuff done on a wing and a prayer,why do people go for these poorly supported jobs to help the office ,we did think that as we failed our safety audit cataclysmicly we would find the resources and training to put things right ,how sadly mistaken we were.

Apart from machine duties and specialist duties i don't think there's much if any training.
