Q,13 Are frontline OPGs aware of the process in relation to when they are unable to complete their delivery routes and is there a log/record kept for when these events take place?
I’m just knocking up a mails integrity/completion log now! Has anyone else got one or seen one?

It should go in a diary completed by your manager but hardly any of them do it because they are scared of their Operations manager.
