I've seen the we have a code to follow or else we will be made answer for our actions but is there a manages conduct code
If so where can i find it
My office is causing me serious problems and stress
And no one else in the office is getting the hassle only me
It's making me Ill I have enough problems at home and don't want to come to work for even more

If you feel that you are being singled out and deliberately targeted by a manager you could use the Bullying and Harassment procedure but would emphaise that you are able to produce colleagues signed statements to support your complaint.
You can invoke the grievance procedure missing out the level of the manager who is giving you grief and commence your grievance at the second stage level.
If a union member inform your union rep of the situation you are in to area level if necessary and your nominated H&S rep.
Visit your GP on the effect this is having to your health and get the " fit Note" to show work related stress and have your welcome back meeting conducted by another manager.
You could have this recorded in Feeling First Class but unfortunately it is strictly confidentail and may not give the assistance that you want.
You will also need to establish who is responsible for Diversity in your office or area.
