If you are off sick and your day off falls on a Saturday. Will Saturday and sunday count as sick days if you go back to work on a monday

Yes unless you tell them you are able to restart work on Saturday (even if you won't because it is your day off)
If you simply say you will be back on Monday, then the Saturday and Sunday will be counted as sick.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
