packets stacking up on work to rule

the packets in my office are completely out of control now with the work to rule which most of the drivers are sticking to failing on a daily basis...is this happening in your offices as well ?? how are the managers taken it...ours is getting a little twitchy about it now..hehe

they don't like it on "Independent " Hellfail and you've RM Snr /Area managers masquarading as members of the public lambasting staff & The CWU , onOnline Newspaper HYS sections .
