Never seen a work plan or Lapsing plan ????

Is it only my office that hasn't got any off the above ...
They walk about with bits of paper shuffling things around every morning ....
So much for the above being a local or national agreement

Well like most things if we have a plan I’ve yet to see it,and don’t really want to,,we’re either lapsing and loaning,that’s enough for me,and as I’ve said before we deliver letters and packets and parcels from a start timer o a finish time,please don’t big it up to be anything more

but in our office it bonkers in the morning , do this do that no structure brutal to be honest ....

It’s the same here my friend our boss manages two offices if that ever makes sense,we see him for 5 mins in the morning with a worried face like thunder on vari issues from his boss above,a sad state I have to say ,can’t be fun,would like him to back us a bit more but he has his brief,in savings and making a name for himself no doubt

Lapsing is made up on a daily basis.
Too many staff - loan them out and still do lapsing.
Not enough staff- still do lapsing..
and if you lick the bosses ass,you won't do any lapsing and still finish early.

PDA actuals - management will be trained to ignore it if it's to their benefit....

Same old story......
