Hi,

My pay rate is 462.11 but received gross pay of 312.35. Leaving me with a net pay of 231.91 after tax... anyone knows why my gross pay wasn’t 462.11 (25hrs)

That looks like pro rata so if £462 is for 39 hours then £312 for 25 is about right

£462.11 is the gross basic pay rate for FT. For PT its pro rata as per the advert/contract (if you have got it yet)

As you are PT 25 hours your pay rate is the same as an FT but your take-home pay on a basic week is 25/39 or roughly £296.22 + Delivery Supplement £16 = £312.22

Is that correct???? I am FT 39 Hours, my pay rate is £432.92 with delivery supliments of £15.40 and £9.75 taking Gross Pay upto £458.07.

Should it be £462.11??

I assume that £462.11 includes London weighting or something like that.

My pay rate is £432.92 as well, but that's for 39 hours.

The rate for 25 hours is £277.51 + Delivery Supplement of £16.13

Yes it's correct. PT's get more overtime upto 39 hours which includes the extra delivery supplement. So if you do 14 hours OT you will get exactly the same as a FT'er.
