This is where all the savings from lapsing are going, at a time when pda actuals are starting to be used to scrutinise your every move and be used to save hours whilst telling you all to work harder its a real kick in the teeth. It shows how far removed from reality these people really are.

That just makes me want to go in work this morning with a spring in my step. I'm happy that all my hard work and killing my body daily is not going to waste. Thank you royal mail.

6 Million to buy him out of a contract.And probably do a day a week.Yet the people like us have to fight for every penny . The feeling in the office is going to be even better now but will we do anything about it ???Keep voting for the derisory bonus to get there crap through.We never learn

What really gets me though is that these people think they are worth the pay they are getting whilst at the same time thinking that the people who are doing the actual work are paid to much , I take home roughly £80 a day and I know I work hard enough to warrant that without the powers that be looking for ways to increase my workload.
If Mr Back wants to sit down and have a chat with me I ll be happy to tell him how I feel about his wage and where he can put his lapsing.

It really is astounding that this sort of s**t still goes on in this day and age of modern information and transparency. It's like we haven't moved on at all from the lessons we should have learned from history's darker times for workers.

It clearly makes the OP angry. It makes me angry. It should make all of us angry. If only we could all channel that anger for our greater good.

Sod that though, I'm channeling it by going in an hour early for free and rushing around like a blue arsed fly so I can get my lapsing done in my time too. I haven't got time to sit around and moan, I'm going to do my bit to cover that six million quid for the shareholders!
