Logged into my shares account and seen this, followed the link but not sure what the voting is about? It says vote with your shares?

Can someone elaborate please?

As a shareholder you are entitled to vote on various matters - that is a link to the list of items you could vote on.

Vote with your shares means just that because you have shares you can vote. You don't surrender your shares by voting, they remain yours till you sell them.

as a shareholder we can vote on executive pay.not trying to influence youre vote just saying

Voting on shareholder AGMs is one arena where your vote actually does count so you should always do it. At the very least you should have voted no to Moya Greene continuing to be a director. Voting on general elections on the other hand is generally ineffective unless you are in one of few areas where a swing can happen.
