hi can you tell me if you are on stage 1 then go sick for 5 days 3 months into your stage 1,have you got to go another six months to clear it or would it still just be still 3 months left.

Provided you have no further absences your absence total for the 6 months after receving the stage 1 review would be 5 days which is below the RM recommended absence guidelines of 2 absences or 10 days for a stage 2 formal prompt so absence free for the next 3 months would clear the stage 1 from your absence record.
