Meal Reliefs

Can somebody clarify what the deal is with meal reliefs now ?

Am i able to have the full 40 mins out on delivery or do i have to have 20 before i leave the office and 20 on delivery ?

I guess only having 20 and clocking off 20 mins early is a thing of the past now the pda actuals are kicking in .

In my office we can still take the 20 minutes off the end I think that’s a local thing though

I think it's got something to do with the pda actuals , we should be taking 20 minutes before you leave as the PDA`s dont count the 40 minutes outdoors apparently.

I'm sure a read in the new agreement that managers had to enforce tea breaks now in the way forward agreement.
Not happening in my office .
4 guys taken there tea break and the other 59 just run out the front door no tea break managers turn a blind eye and the PDAs went live 2 weeks ago bonkers

Lol forgot and the manager said at thebwork time learning that PDAs were live and they probably wouldn't ever use the data if you Finnish a hour early he loves the runners and his 10% bonus with his savings

How can we ever sort out delivery offices when most managers are greedy for a bonus and turn a blind eye ..........
Don't listen to union rep cause they think there above them.......

PDA actuals will catch up with those who never take a break. In my office theres only 5-6 of us who who take 20 mins before we go out on delivery, the rest don't bother (i'm glad to say office rep is one who takes a break.

I have 30 mins of my meal relief out on delivery,One of my colleagues said he sends a memo from his pda to say he is having his m/r so i've started doing the same!

Lets get rid of meal reliefs. Start off with 20 mins x70,000 per day , thats a big management bonus. Come back later for the other 20 mins, your dom is quids in

All Operations Managers are looking at every individual delivery office and walks, even if its as little as 10 minutes a day that you make then they will add it all up and if it's more than a duties worth of hours then they are looking at removing duties from that office. Runners will cost jobs! Do your job properly and take your breaks. To the one who do there job properly, arguments and cut offs are a must.
