Regarding Warrington DO if they have just had a revision of their walks it is likely there would have been some corrections & changes to the walks anyway. So the introduction of PDA actuals likely has had nothing to do with any of the additional changes to walks. If the PDA data was used in the revision then in this case it doesn't sound like the data was very useful or accurate.

The regular lino's know which duties are the best and which ones are the worst in their section. They know who's working super efficiently and who's p*ssing about. They don't need PDA outdoor actual data to work that one out.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

PDA Actuals are in my experience fairly accurate, and in my case have been used a few times to prove that I'm not taking the piss outdoors. They can be a help to those accused of stringing it. They can of course also identify any gentlemen/ladies who are 'holed up' somewhere on the round for an extended periodd of time.
