Yard safety

Just when you thought they couldn’t annoy you even more a guide appears next to sighing on sheet re yard safety,hi viz I understand (tick box) then you get ,get banksman to see you reverse Park in yard!? really? Who’s doing that then? Our yard is too small for our vans to be parked safely with bigger vans ,it’s fun loading the vans in the morning with no room,when challenged boss on these issues he said it’s best practise,etc etc mmm

This is a matter for your H&S rep. with photographs taken, a risk assessment completed and clearly designated walways identified with safety instruction signs.

Hi-viz jackets should be part of uniform and not have to be signed for on specific occassions.
