how do you report a dom who is basically vile ?

Lots of people are vile , managers and postmen. That's just part of life. However if they have done something specifically wrong start collecting evidence, see your Rep and put in a grievance.

Vile? Surely not,with all there man management skills they get taught to get the best out of there staff that makes for a happy and efficient workplace,there certainly doesn’t seem much of this in the topics I’ve seen on here!,,?.....mmmmmm

Without knowing the facts,does he think it’s acceptable? he should know better,and people should deal with it calmly and constructively,but certainly challenge it,

Put a grievance in and see if anyone else wants to do the same. If he really is vile, might be worth the office coming together to put in a grievance.

All greivances against managers should really be anonymous. I mean if a managers got it in for you. A greivance is really going to make him stop going for you.

Put in a bullying and harassment complaint. You need evidence so keep a diary record of what was said and when. Talk to your colleagues I’m sure they feel the same way and club together and walk out if it’s that bad.
