Results for every team across the business are available via the Archway platform.
Offices have been asked to review their results and put together an action plan by the end of July.
Has your office done this?

Er,no. Doubt I ever will. Might see an Action Man , which sounds similar but probably more effective.

We had a wtl about this 2 weeks ago,nothing has been done since!! The big flashy poster is still sitting on the table,the lady they sent down to explain this,cld see we had no interest..nothing will ever change in our do...its a shame really as I love my job but the dom just lies all the time & protect's his little helpers...too much selfishness in our office..

Have been told that we cannot see the individual suggestions given in the EOS due to the new Data Protection Regulations. The concern being that someone may be identified, ironically the managers have seen the suggestions/comments.
So my opinion appears to be censored. Is this the end of EOS as we know it. Certainly the days are numbered for the suggestion box.

Why ask staff to fill in these surveys and not give us the results for every answer.
I'd like to see the results for questions concerning bullying and harassment.

No,we didn’t fill them in,so no action plan just like last year and the year before etc etc,I think we all know our feelings on the have your say debarkle,am sure we will cope without an action plan,just continue as normal I guess

I think it takes everyone in the building to complete the survey for some results to be given out. If not the DOM will not have complete access to all the results info to discuss with you.

Maybe the case where you are but we have 3 separate shift results & the practice on our shift up till now has been to show the individual comments, or as worded in this years EOS do you have any "suggestions".

Not defending anyone but it may be that no one wrote a comment on the surveys. Posties generally don't have much confidence in the survey system delivering noticeable results or even trusting the results stats we are quoted.
