How long can a workplace coach hold the position. Should it be advertised after 2 years as I have been told. If so where can I find this agreement

As long as they are able to fulfil the role, there is no time limit.

What about a union rep? Our rep starts at 9 so we don't see him in the morning and he's gone home before we get back??

Better chance than full time , both coaches in our work place got the positions and they don't start till 8.45 lol
