What was going to happen to this if it wasn't included in the deal? I thought people were entitled to this anyway as it is "Employee Share of Savings". Did they not think anyone would notice this or have I got it wrong?

you havent got it wrong..its just that royal mail though they would be clever and try to entice posties with this money to sign for the deal..

it is our money anyway,but they want us to belive that they are giving us this money as a sweetener.
