That is the 64k$ question. Though the branches may be advocating a no vote it is still an individual vote and so anything could happen. We have our meeting tonight and I expect it to be 50/50.

It seemed to me following this whole thing is that individuals are more opposed than either branches or the national Exec, yet you say it could be 50/50 based on individual votes.

Either this forum is exceedingly militant and only no voters come on here, or my maths doesn't add up?

So their vote is closer than ours but still over 50% not happy with it and their skew would be more to accepting it. All their Admins and Mods apparently do.

Other similar votes appear to have the same tendencies. Any statisticians on that can make anything of this.

I don't think that the people on this forum are any more militant than any other postal workers, but we are better informed as a result of this forum. If all CWU members were fully aware of what this proposed deal entails, there would be a huge NO vote.
