Just wondered what Union position is regarding job shares ...
In particular if two people are in agreement... ?
(Aged over 60 on deliveries)

Probably because it potentially prevents a part-timer being made up to full time. Would you rather that more staff be part-time?

It has no effect. This is two people sharing one full-time job.

AFAIK nationally the Union has no position either way, so locally the rep can decide to help or not. I think they should if they can.
