Pay dispute
Hi can anyone tell me the email to Human Resources with regards to pay disputes. I’ve been using one I seen on another thread but have had no response after sending three emails beginning from over a week ago. Becoming very frustrating as I phoned them two weeks ago and ended up costing 12 pounds on my phone bill!. Any help is appreciated

You could write them a letter ? Put a first class stamp on it and it'll get there next working day. Nothing quite beats a letter when in dispute. . . it's a physical document containing facts and information , questions and argument
Good Luck.
PS: Pay disputes are usually dealt with by a Delivery Office Manager ? ? ? Couldn't your local CWU rep help at all ?

Put a grievance in. End it with that you’ll be following the procedure and contacting ACAS
