Stage 1 review

I was off work for 2 months sick , I had a back to work interview and Dom said I would be issued with a stage 1. That was 3 weeks ago I've had no official letter stating the stage 1 . Don't they give you an official letter anymore ?

He can’t just say I’m going to issue you a stage 1. He needs to sit down in a formal meeting with you and gather all information about what’s happened etc and then leave the meeting and reflect before he makes a decision, of which you will be notified in writing.
No writing no stage.
