Reducing the working week question.

When the shorter working week comes in,can it be done by taking 30 minutes off two different days of the week?For example 30 minutes off a Tuesday and 30 minutes off a Saturday or does it have to be done by one of the three different ways that has already been set out?Cheers for any answers.
