Sorry, but dont know if should I laugh or treat this as genuine DOM goodwill?
Just been announced that our office will have a charity raffle. You pay £10 and if your name is drawn then DOM will do your walk on Saturday. If he manages to do it slower than you, £10 will be handed back to you!

I’d happily pay ten pounds for him to not do my round,he’ll mess it up for sure and I will have to fix it!,

happened in our gaff 12-18 months ago...for a charity collection...

give em there due they did the walk that was pulled out of the hat and the lad got the day off..
an the charity benefitted as well

Wed happily donate what our doms made in savings with his cut and slash lapsing and reluctantcy to pay overtime with the I know what time you finished on Tuesday line,well he doesn’t know cos he’s never at our office for more than 30 mins in the morning.

I'd go for the Wednesday option.

Anything that gets the lazy bastards out of their offices is a good idea. We've just had an Internal Revision, with the DOM printing out new lists of prepping times, IPS times, lapsing times, traffic figures etc, all worked out the last 2 or 3 minutes. If you went for a piss it'd mess up this finely organised spread sheet!

ANYTHING that keeps them in touch with reality is a good thing.
