Back Dated PaySlip

My pay was wrong around the weeks we got the back dated pay. I have been to management on so many occasions to sort it and have phoned HR. They told me to get manager to email them for a breakdown of the backdated pay week which would help but management seem very hesitant on getting me this, been going on for three weeks now and have had enough. Has anyone else requested and received a breakdown of their backdated payslip or encountered overtime payment issues from around that time? Cheers

What specifically was wrong with the back pay and by how much?

Put it into an email, scan your payslip if you can, and send to advicecentrePAY@royalmail.com

I calculated I was short about 15 hours but because payslip was so full of numbers cudnt tell exactly. As expected manager was no help. Actually got him to email human resources last week after phoning them and being told get your manager to contact us. He assured me an email had been sent last week, today I phoned hr again to see what the hold up was and found out they only received email this morning.

Absolute pr**s each and every manager
