I’m on a 1week off in 6 in my place but most people are on 1 week off in 4 , now I want to have a 1 in 4 but they say I can’t bevause no more coming in , is this not discrimation in the work place ? Because I’m on same contracted hrs

Going by what you posted no.

If there are operational and sound businesses reasons why, you can have people on different work patterns as long as the selection process itself does not discriminate against a protected characteristic.

Now as Royal Mail usually select working plans and align them with duties, then OPGs select, or are positioned on those duties, this in itself isn't discriminatory.

I am basing my answer on the brief and sparse information given in your post, so its possible that RM is being discriminatory but we'd need more information to give a balanced view.

We had a repick and there was enough for every full timer to be on a 1 in 4 but since then they are getting rid of them slowly and now if I wanted one I can’t I just think it’s unfair they should all be available at any time , what I mean is if somebody is on one and that person leaves they put job part time making it impossible for someone to sign for it then

That's unfair rather than discriminatory but one a rep could go to disagreement over I think.
