New - Unagreed Pareto/Performance Tool:Abuse of IWT

I need some advice from outside my office, I will try to keep this as short as possible.
We had a repick in our office about 6 months ago, we demanded a repick as they wanted to take an entire round out.
The problem is as well as taking the round out and putting the work on to e rounds in our office, they increased our indoor times. My work load as well as take on a lot of the work from the removed round, was to double prep and do 40 mins IPS.
In the past if you prepped 2 rounds, that was all you had to do unless you had time to jump on the IPS for a bit.
We agreed to the round being taken out so that we wouldn’t have to laps except really light times like summer holidays, Start of March we were lapsing right away.
We all had trouble prepping 2 duties and trying to do 40 mins IPS, so that was quickly stopped as it was too much.
My round was run through the computer after months of me failing to complete it and telling them it was Too big.
I was told that it was supposed to be 4hrs 20 mins but came out 4hrs 45 mins (25 mins too much).
He has now changed this to 25 mins between us, which does not add up.
Their answer to this was if I don’t go on the IPS for the 40 mins (which I don’t anyway as it’s too much) with the time I save I can get out a bit early and complete.
I’m full time and my partner is part time (27.5 hrs). I must do both sets of leaflets, mail, tracked, oversized, kill offs. My start times are 6:30 every morning My partners varies, the earliest being 8.15 and the latest 9.00.
I can just about get both rounds thrown off ready for when she gets in.
I have been told I’m expected to prep both rounds and bag 1 before she gets into work, so we can do the extra work outdoors. I don’t see how I can achieve this.
My union rep as usual seems to be on their side, provided it does not affect him, I have no doubt if this were happening to him he would fight it tooth and nail.
I spoke to another postman today when I returned to the office who is expected to prep 3 rounds including leaflets, he has stopped all overtime and is really fed up and exhausted. He looked really stressed.
Would appreciate any advice ..

Unless the 2 walks you prep are very small i can't see how you can be expected to do all that in the time given.

Go above your rep to Area rep and kick off about the rep then about what the screws have implemented with the help of the Quisling. Dirty back room deals afoot.

The rounds are not small, they quite large.
I have gone above the union rep in the past and they have just past it back to him. I shall be going above him again on this matter, just need to get as much info as I can first.

Keep cutting off they will have to change it.
