sorry if this has already been covered but the October 1st increase, when will we receive it.

Do we have to wait till a deal is accepted?

And assuming it is the back pay is a lump sum?

Only a part-time postie and everyone has left the office by the time i start. Not sure what WTL is either :Boo hoo!

Yes the back pay will only be paid if we accept the offer. Yes it will come in one lump sum along with the £175 (pro rata)

so divide £175 by 40 and multiply by the amount of your CONTRACTED hours (not the hours you actually work) and remember its before Tax and NI.

Not quite,the £175 is from ESOS,however the point TBT is making is anything
were owed is backdated to 1st Oct.
