We got the 2nd batch in April 2014.

The free shares allocation dates are as follows, along with the number of shares full timers received:

15th October 2013 - 613
9th April 2014 - 116
5th October 2015 - 103
6th October 2016 - 81

You have to wait 3 years from each date to sell with tax & NI payable, or 5 years tax-free.

To be fair this is a perennial thread that keeps popping up so much I now cut and paste the answer.

Everyone who still has any free shares receives a statement four times a year stating when or if you can sell your shares and what will happen if you do. Best to keep all paperwork in a safe place for your shares.
