What is the procedure for filling vacancies. Are there set full time or part time duties. Can the manager fill vacancies as he sees fit. ie put his preferred people in the duties.
Can put whoever they want on it for 6 months. Can only stay vacant for 6 months then it’s on the board most senior postie applying gets it.if. Part timer gets a full tome duty their contract hours are made up
