Hi,

Any idea where I can get a copy of the Ill Health Retirement Agreement? I have been offered Ill health retirement with lump sum but am not sure if I should appeal for ill health retirement with immediate payment of pension. I believe the terms have changed with the new agreement.

Your union rep should be able to give you a oopy or using search engine on computer type in Royal Mail Ill Health Retirement Agreement.
Unfortunately you are correct our latest agreement has withdrawn immediate payment of pension on IHR.
