become a workplace coach get paid 40 pounds extra every week and basically do absolutely bugger all, but only if your one of the doms favourites sound familiar in your office ?

The biggest waste of money ever spent in a DO by RM.
Reward for office brown noses, office clypes and goes without saying office pets.
Not rewarded for their training skills or knowledge of proper procedures in my experience.
Jobs for the boys designed for reward not for ability to train or coach.

I applied for the job, but was gazzumped by the the union rep. The job description was extensive - the reality is money for doing nothing. Another RM cock-up.

4 in our office and they do nothing extra whatsoever, they don't even train new entrants, it's a disgrace.

Waste of money, full stop. Train people to not use the tools so they can finish early. Also, take the mick out of people if they make a mistake as they walk round with the complaints.

After some 36 years at my office never seen one never had one,until now they advertise for one thought about doing it just so someone has the money every week,but surprise surprise it can’t be done on line yet for some reason,and so I dontbthink they are bothered,I certainly ain’t now am bored with all this stalling to no doubt save money,as usual it’s shambolic to say the least,
