Hang in there. Don't let one vile person have this much of an effect on you (I understand that it is not easy). There is a whole world out there, Royal Mail is a very small part of it. Please don't do anything drastic and irreversible. Please talk to your union rep for some support and use the link provided above. Have you any family/friends who you can talk to/rely on? It is a good sign that you have come on here and posted this, it means you want help and haven't given up completely. Stay strong.

there are numbers and helplines to ring also speak to your rep to get some help , and don't let this shithouse of a so called manager make you feel like you do , stay strong mate .

GO sick ,you are stressed . See your GP you need time to regroup. Take any counseling offered it will cost RM and can be helpful .f***ing management cowboys are way out of control and our "union" is missing in action. Sorry but it's true.

Hang in there brother theirs always light at the end of the tunnel. Use the helplines I did and it stopped my Dom harassing me.stay strong.

It's just a job. Go sick and see your GP tomorrow. I know it often takes 2-3 weeks to get an appointment, but your GP surgery will have emergency appointments available, usually at the end of scheduled appointments. Phone them and say it is an emergency and you need to see a doctor immediately.
Explain to the doctor how you are feeling and why. You will probably be prescribed anti-depressant medication, which does take 6-8 weeks to take effect, and you should be signed off with a medical certificate.
It can take six months or more before you feel better.

Depression makes everything seem worse and without a way through. But suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem which can be resolved. Don't let a bully drive you to this.

its clear you are suffering a great deal of stress and anxiety giving you depression through this person. you need to take the appropriate steps. go sick with stress, tell your GP why. then go higher than the rep. go to div rep if needs be, and ohs. his/her bullying has caused all this. once this is out in the open the DOM could be moved on or even dismissed. write things down if need be. hope you get this sorted and get rid of this rotten apple. there is no place for this scum in the workplace. all the very best.

Go sick with stress see your GP immediately don't do anything stupid talk to bulling and harassment helpline don't bottle it up talk to your union rep I went through this in my office a year ago had 4 months off sick the Dom was moved on stay strong lots of us have been through this go see your GP mate

Do not think any less of your self for going off sick with depression or stress,it can happen to anyone at any time all it takes is the wrong conditions,you would be surprised at the amount of ex service personal who are crippled by the black dog,don't bottle it up mate,it's NOT a sign of weakness and it doesn't make you any less of a person,don't let this wankstain of a manager win.

As has been said, you are not suffering due to weakness but from staying strong for too long. Hope karma catches up with the shower of s**t that caused this.

It is really disgusting that RM have in post any individual who can impose such horrible treatment towards any employee.
They should be investigated and if culpable sacked simple.
Working for RM is only a job at the end of the day. Making a person feel so bad that they would contemplate suicide is truly a sad indictment on both RM managers and the level of observation over them by their seniors.
Bully's improving figures is ALL that matters in a corrupt management structure that is operated by RM.
