Short overtime today

On my wage slip today I'm short 2 hours 38 mins pressure overtime. My absence overtime was correct. Phoned Dom, he was it was because pay centre was processing pay deal and I'll get it next week. Anybody else hear of this?

Days I'm missing is from wed, Thurs, Friday and Saturday last week

Ah ok, 2h38 spilt between those 4 days?
Saturday may not have been processed due to system shut down to prepare for the pay rise. All other hours should have been processed.

Yes split between those days. He would tell you anything. Brushed it off as if it wasn't important.

We were told about it today. I thought the shut down started today or tomorrow? They seem to be making a big thing about how much work it is to sort it out.

yes from last Saturday ,I asked the dom support who does the wages but it was because they had to shut psp down to sort back pay out and I think it will be thurs , fri , sat of this week as well , but it would have been nice for the dims to inform the staff on this and whats happening .

My wages are short on overtime on a near weekly basis....too many managers walking around with different dockets in the morning and saying 'yeah, I'll book that late claim for you' and then forgetting.

To be fair, it always gets sorted and paid within the next couple of weeks...just have to make sure I keep on top of it and everything written down.

It's far from ideal though

Ridiculous that we operate like a company in the 70's
It's 2018. Should have clocking in machines with the ability to input your walk details in yourself

If we had clocking in machines RM might have to pay us for all the work we do. That wouldn't be right would it.
