I started for the company in November I'm on A 26 hour contract. Do we benefit from this new proposed pay rise and does our pay also get backdated like the full time staff members? I have read through the paperwork but it's not clear on what the part time workers get.
Thanks

Yes, we all get the same hourly pay rate nothing has changed so you get the same pay rise and the same date its backdated to.

You will be overwhelmed by pay rises this year. Keep an eye out for them.joannehall559 wrote:I started for the company in November I'm on A 26 hour contract. 1) 6 months review(about now) :After 6 months employment you see an increase in your hourly rate.
2) Negotiated pay rise(5% May 4th)
3) Shorter Working Week (October) When full time staff move to a 38 hr week it will increase their hourly rate and therefore yours too.
4) 12 Months review (around November): After 12 months employment you will see an increase in your hourly rate.
This time next year you'll be a millionaire lol.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share
