SOLIDARITY interviewed CWU Postal Executive member Dave Warren in relation to the changes to the Royal Mail pension which the company wants to bring in.

There appears to be a lot of confusion over the pension question, and the relationship between the pay deal and the pension proposals. On the CWU website it said that there would be “Full protection of final salary to accrued service benefitsâ€

Its farcical absolutely farcical how any company can justify taking a pensions break then expect the workers to give up benefits work longer.
It absolutely horrifies me that a company can get away with this to me its nothing but fraud.
