I told my manager that I needed a bag drop
She forgot to do it
I discovered her mistake at 1.45because it was a busy day
I finish at 2.00
Am I expected to use my personal phone to contact the manager
Even though I had already told her
She is blaming me and taking me down the conduct route for unexcused delay of the mail
Am i to use my own phone to remind her
It's pay as you go so each call cost me

I don't mean to be awkward but if you required a bag drop halfway through a busy day....how come you only discovered the problem 15 mins before your finish time?Matt123 wrote: I discovered her mistake at 1.45because it was a busy day

Matt didn't say it was halfway. I've done a round where there are multiple bag drops. One is almost at the end of the round.Nikellie wrote:I don't mean to be awkward but if you required a bag drop halfway through a busy day....how come you only discovered the problem 15 mins before your finish time?Matt123 wrote: I discovered her mistake at 1.45because it was a busy day

Sometimes I need all of them, on a Tuesday perhaps only one. They're not necessarily at the halfway point.
Matt may have been willing to complete on O/T but then discovered it wasn't there.
Not surprised about apparent lack of training/knowledge on PDA. Our training was a full five minutes. Still now if I accidentally go into the Satnav/maps/route
can't get back out of it and end up having to power off and on to stop 'Turn right at the next junction, turn right at the next junction, you are now entering
a private road blah blah blah'. Grrrrrr.

She should be fired because it is her lack of competence why would a manager need reminding it is her job not your's to think that is what they get paid for!Matt123 wrote:I told my manager that I needed a bag drop
